Powder coating line operator wanted in Garfield County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Garfield County, Nebraska. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
