Fire and safety officer — Macomb County

Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Macomb County, Michigan. The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
