Slinger signaller • Randolph County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Randolph County, Missouri. You will work at a shipyard. The role involves: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
