Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Ede South, Osun State. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. On a typical shift you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
