Grill cook — Kaura Namoda

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
