Immediate opening: banksman (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Roseau County, Minnesota. The role involves tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Full-time with occasional weekends.
