Toolroom milling operator • DeKalb County, Missouri

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in DeKalb County, Missouri. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
