We are recruiting: plant operator (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a textile mill. The role involves: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
