Argon arc welder — Jenkins County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Jenkins County, Georgia. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Rotating shifts.
