Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Saratoga County, New York. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
