Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Lake County, Michigan. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
