Kitchen steward • Carbon County, Utah

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Carbon County, Utah. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
