Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Monroe County, West Virginia. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
