Lift mechanic — Chattahoochee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. You will work in a residential tower block. You will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
