We are recruiting: we are hiring a joiner in Renville County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
