Now hiring: we are hiring a marble mason in White County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Your main tasks: • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting 4+ years on the tools preferred.
