Dish pit attendant • Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
