Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in East Sussex, England. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
