The role involves: • Restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination • Log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room • Spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points • Carry out turndown service in the evening Requirements: • Basic English/Hindi to read room status and checklists • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
