On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Meals and transport allowance provided.
