Urgent requirement: toolroom milling operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Louisa County, Virginia. Day to day you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
