Glass fitter — York County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in York County, South Carolina. You will be based on a high-rise facade project. Requirements: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders You will work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; install toughened and laminated safety glass; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
