HSE officer wanted in Nottoway County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE officer in Nottoway County, Virginia. Day to day you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred.
