HSE supervisor • Gwiwa, Jigawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Gwiwa, Jigawa State. You will be based at a busy construction site. You will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
