Scullery hand wanted in Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Johnson County, Indiana. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
