Urgent requirement: catering cook (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Yoakum County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
