Quality assurance assistant — Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area

Join our team: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rivers State. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Your main tasks: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Overtime paid at a premium rate.
