Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Okpokwu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Okpokwu, Benue State. The job is on a lift modernisation project. On a typical shift you will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Full-time with occasional weekends.
