CNC milling operator • Spotsylvania County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The job is at a busy machine shop. You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Six days a week, one day off.
