Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Midland County, Michigan. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Part-time with flexible hours.
