We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Harford County, Maryland. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
