Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Emure, Ekiti State. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Rotating shifts.
