Powder spray gun operator — Green County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Green County, Kentucky. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
