Immediate opening: concrete worker (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete worker in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. Day to day you will patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Ideal candidate: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
