We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Fulton County, New York. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
