Dishwashing attendant wanted in Mashi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Mashi, Katsina State. You will work in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦4,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
