Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Grand County, Colorado. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
