Pot washer wanted in Iosco County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Iosco County, Michigan. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass 4+ years on the tools preferred.
