Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
