Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Nicollet County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
