Back-of-house cleaner — Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cass County, Illinois. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
