Immediate opening: HSE supervisor (Akwa Ibom State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. The role involves take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 6+ years on the tools preferred.
