Immediate opening: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Warren County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
