Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Onslow County, North Carolina. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Your main tasks: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Performance bonus on top of base pay.
