Now hiring: we are hiring a night watchman in Borough of Wigan, England. On the job you will handle: • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register What we are looking for: • Ex-servicemen preferred • Basic reading of English and local language for registers • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
