You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder.
