Floor and wall tile fitter — City of Belfast

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will work at a busy tiling site. On the job you will handle: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system What we are looking for: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
