Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Madison County, Mississippi. You will work on a structural steel site. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
