Domestic gas engineer • Buji, Jigawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Buji, Jigawa State. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. The role involves complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
