Delivery truck driver wanted in Calcasieu Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a busy distribution depot. On the job you will handle: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load You should have: • Valid digital tachograph card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Part-time with flexible hours.
